But last night I was searching for something sweet post-dinner. I gotsa have me some kind of dessert! And when I was searching the freezer for some kind of popsicle I stumbled upon these: Fiber One Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Hmmmm....muffins means breakfast but they had chocolate so I figured they'd do the trick.
I have had these suckers in my freezer forever! Like for more than six months. I don't even remember buying them.
According to the directions, you just take the muffin out of the plastic wrapper and microwave for 15 seconds. Like, too easy!
And my verdict: They were DELICIOUS! Banana chocolate perfection! Totally cured my sweet tooth!
I would recommend to microwave them longer than 15 seconds, the middle was still a little cold, but that all probably depends on your microwave.

ReplyDeleteFor my chocolate fix I normally eat the Fiber One Chocolate Mocha granola bars. 140 calories of AWESOME.
ReplyDeleteI also have some Fiber One banana nut muffin mix in my pantry... I should try that too!
I ALWAYS have a sweet tooth before bed, the fiber one bars are a great idea!! Sometimes I hit up a handful of chocolate chips!
